Hi

I had Viral Meningitis April last year and I had never heard about the Meningitis Trust in till sometime into my recovery, the NHS knew very little about my recovery and offered no advise, I am running the Sheffield Half Marathon to help the trust raise awareness so other people don't have to suffer and know there is help out there, I am looking for people to run with me and I am wondering if anyone is interested? Please contact me if you are and we can arrange some training and some sort of fundraising event to raise some money before the run,

Thanks for reading

Nick

RE: Sheffield Half Marathon

Hi,

I am so sorry to hear about what happened to you. I would be interested in running the Half Marathon this year. Were you thinking of running as a team or just having the support and company of fellow Meningitis Trust runners?

RE: Sheffield Half Marathon

Hi
Thanks for your interest and at the moment I am running by myself, ideally I would like to run as a team but I haven’t had much interest yet and I am still searching for people to join me. It’s great that you are interested in running with me. Are you local to the Sheffield area? Let me know if you are interested in meeting up for some training and we can sort something out.
Thanks again.
