InPractice cd
Meningitis Matters cd
Meningococcal Disease in the UK presentation pack

InPractice is designed to help student nurses learn about the care and management of meningitis. It draws on real-life patient scenarios.

Meningitis Matters covers aspects of meningitis including pathogenesis, prevention, recognition and treatment as well as legal, ethical and global issues. The cd uses animation and visual effects to aid learning.

Meningococcal disease in the UK contains 20 slides with accompanying lecture notes.

Health professionals who have used these resources say:

“InPractice guides the student through a real situation, poses questions and seeks answers before giving the correct answer.”

“Meningitis Matters is an excellent presentation and very helpful for me because it gave me better information which enabled me to give more information to my students.”

“A well planned pack with lots of useful information. It can be utilised in a discussion with people of varying levels of knowledge.”
