Congratulations to Tracey Farrell

Rosyth supporter, Tracey Farrell recently held a ladies evening at CJ’s Pool Club. The event proved to be hugely popular with the local ladies, raising £404.47. Tracey wanted to raise money for the Meningitis Trust after her own experience of the disease when she was in her 30s. Thank you to Tracey and everyone who donated generously on the night.

Newbury Nippers Toddle Waddle

Newburgh Nippers held their Toddle Waddle on April, 30 during a downpour. There was a great turnout for the event, and despite the dismal Scottish weather, everyone braved it for a squelchy walk around the local park.

Open house raises funds

Kay and Archie Craig put on a fantastic fundraising day by opening their house to their friends and family who came and enjoyed a hearty bowl of soup and some fabulous home baking. People donated very generously to the raffle, which helped towards their total of over £600. Thank you for all your efforts Kay and Archie.

Northfield Bowling Club

Northfield Bowling Club in Ayr, collected a fantastic £500 of donations from their members during the last year. Particular thanks go to Jackie Mack, past men’s president and Audrey Buchan, lady president, for nominating the Meningitis Trust as a cause close to their hearts. We wish them every success for the forthcoming season.

First family day in Scotland

The Scotland Team are looking forward to their first family fun day happening on Sunday 11th May at the Holiday Inn, East Kilbride. We have had a great response from our families and hope the day will be a huge success. Photos to follow after 11th May.
