He is a Chartered Director / Corporate governance specialist and independent director of various companies including Airport Center Budapest, Hungary and UGB Bank, Ukraine. He is the former Chief Executive of First Active plc and has led many professional organisations including the Irish Mortgage & Savings Association, Institute of Directors and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators in Ireland. Mark Hughes is a qualified solicitor.  He works for ComReg (the Irish equivalent of Ofcom) and advises in respect of telecommunications, broadcasting and postal law.  Prior to joining ComReg, Mark worked for Matheson Ormsby Prentice, Solicitors. Peter Fairbairn is an accountant working in practice. He is treasurer and company secretary. Sue Davie FCMA is Chief Executive of the UK Meningitis Trust and has been involved with the Trust in Ireland since it was formed.
