Research

Since 1986 the Trust has funded many research projects which have helped to develop vaccines against different strains of meningitis.

Nowadays, however, pharmaceutical companies themselves are investing more heavily into research for new and improved vaccines.

Recognising this, the Trust now invests its research funds into understanding more about after effects and after care. You can find out more about our research by going to Meningitis Information.
