Pedal Power!!!

31-01-2012

Hello everybody!

Massive congratulations go out to Graham Timms from Nuneaton, Warwickshire for completing a very special cycle ride in order to raise money for the Trust. Along with his his mate Bob Bolstridge, Graham 'celebrated' his 60th birthday by cycling 60 miles in memory of his nephew Tom Wyatt. The friends cycled twice around Rutland Water and then a further 17 miles to get up to the full 60.

So far the challenge has raised around £2,000 towards Tom's Tribute Fund with the Trust which is just amazing, and now takes the amount raised in memory of Tom's friends and family since his death nearly five years ago to well over £53,000!

Thank you so much to everyone who supported our intrepid cyclists and I look forward to hearing from Graham in the run-up to his 70th birthday!

Bye for now, Matt.
