The race starts a stone's throw from the famous Ritz Hotel on Piccadilly at Hyde Park Corner at 9.30am on July 8th, 2012.
The route will take runners on a tour of central London's world famous historic and iconic landmarks including St James’ Palace, St Paul’s Cathedral, and the London Eye. Through Trafalgar Square, past Big Ben, and along Royal Horse Guards Parade.
The runners will pass the Cenotaph and the Ministry of Defence before finishing just past Downing Street.
A guaranteed place costs only £20 to register, and we ask for a minimum sponsorship of £100. If you already have a place in the ballot you can run for us as a volunteer.

More than 25,000 runners from the UK and abroad will take part, including Olympic athletes and celebrities from stage, screen and sport. This is what one competitor from last year's race said:
“What an amazing event! I felt like I was running a mini London marathon. The crowds were great, the sights were incredible and the feeling I got when I bumped into other Trust runners was amazing – a real team spirit with lots of high fives and hugs! I don’t normally ‘do’ exercise, but this was easy to train for and complete. If I can do it, anyone can.”
