We fund counselling, wheelchairs, speech therapy, specialist equipment and more. But we can't without donations. Please help.
The Red Devils are the official parachute display team for both traditionally the Parachute Regiment ('The PARAS') and now the whole of the British Army. One of the World’s most famous parachute display teams, the Red Devils create awe inspiring displays at hundreds of public events each year.
What you can expect
This exciting day will involve an introduction to the Red Devils team, followed by a thorough training session on the ground. When you are fully briefed and it’s your turn to jump, you will board the aircraft with your tandem instructor. The aircraft will take off and climb to 13,000ft (2 ½ miles up!), during which you will be able to see stunning aerial views from a unique perspective.
You will then experience the thrill of accelerating from 0 - 120mph in just 10 seconds as you freefall to around 6000ft. Then you can relax and enjoy up to a five minutes canopy ride back to the landing area - all while attached to one of the Red Devils’ experienced tandem instructors.
This is an exclusive opportunity and there are very limited spaces on the below date, you’ll need to be quick so you don’t miss out!
Our very own Susette Worgan-Brown, Senior Education Officer, took part in the CEO Skydive Challenge in June 2011 and jumped again in 2012 says:
“Skydiving had been something I always thought I would like to do, but never really knew if I would have the courage to do it. Jumping out a plane with the Red Devils for the Trust was just too tempting! I was so nervous, and questioning my sanity as a mother of two, but I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences of my life, I can’t really describe it, all I can say is do it!”
How to take part
To take part in this fantastic challenge, you will need to commit to raising a minimum sponsorship of £650. To join the team, simply download the Red Devils Skydive information pack, and complete the registration form.
