Property website findaproperty.com are offering the next Jay-Z, Dizzie Rascal or Lady Sovereign the chance to get their voice heard and raise some serious cash for charity.

All you have to do is record a rap on their Rap for a Cause page (they'll give you the lyrics and a backing track), enter all your details, pick your charity (we'd love it if you could pick us) and then get all your friends to vote using Facebook and Twitter to spread the word.
