There are many simple ways to donate to us and make a real difference to sufferers and their families whose lives have been touched by the devastating effects of meningitis. With your help we can
continue
to provide the ongoing help to the thousands of people who are living with the impact of meningitis.
Here are some examples of how your donation can make a difference:
£12.50/€19 - can help pay for 500 symptoms cards which can help save a life through the early identification of the symptoms of meningitis
£15/€22 - is how much it costs to run our freephone nurse-led helpline for one hour
£32/€48 - can fund an hour of a home visit by professionally trained staff who offer support and information to help families cope with the devastating affects of meningitis
£50 - can fund a session of specialist physiotherapy which will help a child with physical disabilities caused by meningitis (financial grants are not yet available in Republic of Ireland)
£140 - can pay for one month’s special tuition to help a child with special educational needs after being left with learning difficulties as a result of meningitis (financial grants are not yet available in Republic of Ireland)
