Awareness talks
Meningitis is a devastating disease, and raising awareness is one of our main aims. We can give awareness talks to:
We can provide meningitis awareness training for organisations, including:
- St John Ambulance
- Nursery schools
- Women’s Institutes
- Secondary schools
- Teachers of the deaf
We always try to provide a speaker when requested. However, if this is not possible, we can supply disease information materials.

Health Professionals
We provide teaching sessions and lectures for health professionals. Training sessions, covering many meningitis related topics, can be adapted to meet the needs of any audience, for example:
- Infection Control Nurses’ Association (ICNA) conferences
- Continuing Professional Development training for GPs
- A and E staff training days
